The lewd joke better be about Gemma Aterton whose body is a wonderland.

Love that this is turning into a franchise, over time the films should develop trademarks like "shaken, not stirred," or "Bond, James Bond"

Aaron Taylor-Johnson's a great character actor that Hollywood keeps trying to pigeon-hole into stoic leading-man roles, where he just flounders. Hope he goes crazier in this, and isn't just dead weight like he was in Avengers/Godzilla.

If Kingsman 2 didn't hit $100m, can't see this doing much more than $70m domestic.

He was hot in Avengers though lol.

I’m pretty sure Kingsman 2 did eventually cross $100m.

Yikes.

Still wish Spider-Man: Far From Home was releasing on November 1 or 8 instead of July 5.

Wut?

Didn't know it was a prequel. Not really interested anymore.

Prequels are really terrible ideas.

Barren November aside, this isn't a bad date change though. The first one did really good business on Presidents' Day weekend in 2015.

But this one will face Birds of Prey in its second weekend.

So we'll have this, Kingsman 3, the Statesman's movie and a miniserie, they truly want an expanded cinematic universe

I guess The Great Game as a subtitle seemed pretty vague and not very indicative of a prequel.

Also, I hope the thread title gets changed to reflect the current release date.

I dig it!

I thought the 2nd one was quite the drop-off from the first so Im pleasantly surprised to see this being presented as as more of a historical action thriller.

Looks refreshing to me.
