Not no indication...its presales this week were double to triple Skyscraper's presales every day, which was probably the best summer comp to compare it to (as a premier action work)...

Well, it's the 30th anniversary of Shark Week, The Meg is a hit and Sharknado ends. Year of the shark!

With the success of the JW and Godzilla/Kong franchises, Rampage and now The Meg hopefully we get more creature features and genre films in general.

China looking like 50M OW it seems, so going above Solo WW in just OS take will depend on how much Fallout hurts it's legs in China. Looks like a 370-400M OS take depending on China legs.
