Next Spidey film will be in 2022 at latest, though I personally think 2023. Shall target $1.4bn.

Without competition i could see that happening

I just want a future solo film to pass Age of Ultron, preferably Spider-Man but I don't mind if its something else. Also, Feige mentioned there was one more unannounced project for Phase 4 in 2021, which I'd wager is likely to be Spider-Man 3

yeah i mean without lion king i could see ffh making 1,2-1,250 ww

The competition was more then just Lion king. If you put FFH in CM slot it dose 1.3B or even more while if you put CM in this slot it might not even do a Billion. To much over-hyped movies came out against each other. Competition is hard in the OS-markets

yeah the first sequel at least in mcu has a decent.good bump the sec sequels are exploding the third movies are the real deal

Eh, they all had good reasons for those jumps. Iron Man 3 had the Avengers bump, Civil War was a team up movie, and the first two Thor movies weren't very liked (so they had a smaller gross). Spider-Man 3 has none of that. Would be surprised if Spider-Man 3 had a higher jump than FFH which actually had the Endgame bump.

It's going to be similar to the bump Infinity War had from the first Avengers (I'm talking just DOM).

But Spidey 3 also has a great hook from FFH itself.

Perfectly balanced with the DOM weekend, though I doubt that withstands actuals. Seem pretty clear now it that it will finish between CM and Aquaman. Funny to have 3 CBM’s in 8 months come close to Civil War but fall slightly short.

Dom should be $390-95m off a $5.3m weekend

SMHC did $27.824m more after a $6m weekend (Aug 11-13)

88% of that = $24.496m
