Nah, the regular theater expansion in discount theaters and double features should be more than enough

So I guess overall this weekend went... pretty okay. If you're Universal it went great relative to your budget, but I'm sure they would have been happier with 30+.

Smallfoot should be able to match its budget domestically, so needs at least 100-120 international to be in the black from the theatrical run. Haven't really looked at its international numbers in depth yet but I don't think that should be impossible. I'm not sure what it is with WAG and their September releases that doesn't allow them to break out of the low-20M range though, the marketing seems to be there, and its not like there's tons of kids competition out there at the moment. 

 

Here's to hoping next weekend's top 12 goes above 150M
