86 on MC with 15 reviews. Outstanding start. Not the over 90 I expected though. Kidding. Ha! Wow. Yes! Excellent start. I imagine it'll settle with something between 75 and 85 at MC. Absolutely of 90%+ at RT once those load up too.

He just straight up didn't like the animation style of the first one, as he thought it looked unfinished and didn't like the frame rate/blur stuff. He even went on to moralize over it by posting articles about theaters putting up flashing light seizure warnings as an "I told you so" gesture. So safe to say he wouldn't like a second movie that employs the same style.

Please. There will be other critics that give it a 2/4, 2.5/5.0, 5/10. It's not like it's a .5 out of 4.0. People get super weird here with critics.

I loved the story of the first one. Fantastic movie. BUT, the animation style gave me nausea and a headache. Like my eyes were just trying way too hard to process it.  I don't plan to watch this one until it comes to streaming.  Can't do this style on a big screen again. That being said, I recognize it was beautifully animated and get the style they were going for, it simply did not work with my poor brain. Glad this movie is getting raves. Good to see.

I'm usually perfectly alright with violent styles like this, but I saw it early in the morning with barely any sleep and I'm in the middle of a nearly empty IMAX so the studio credits in the first few minutes felt like a violation lol. Major warning for anyone who may struggle with that.

Idk, rt average is 8.9 so far, the first one had 8.8.
