Of course not! Test screenings have had stellar reactions so far, and STX moved it to Christmas because they knew they had something special.

Bumblebee was very good I hope the previews are closer to 3M 

Aquaman's previews would be 11M-13M with Prime Showing numbers added so 80M+ opening should happen 

hopefully those deadline estimates hold up and don't fall off a cliff like with MPR last night

If Mary Poppins keeps underperforming then maybe. Bumblebee doesn't seem to have much interest and Spider-verse isn't looking to have an amazing performance either (it's doing well but the movie likely won't break out).  Don't bet on it though. 300 mil is the safest bet. 400 mil will only happen if the WOM is as great as Wonder Woman.

Only 7 superhero origin movies have made over $300m so that would excellent for Aquaman. 

 

Suicide Squad and Guardians of the Galaxy are included but they’re also group movies. 

 

Theres actually only 14 over $200m cause that sub genre is dominated with sequels, spin offs and team ups. The biggest hit is still a solo film though, Black Panther.
