Venom: Let There Be Carnage l October 1 2021 | NOT getting delayed

Recommended Posts

Smart decision since it’s unlikely they will have another big movie ready for summer 2021. Plus this fall looks to be crowded with stuff that was moved from summer.

I wonder what Spider-Man 3’s new release date will be?

and I was hoping for a trailer soon lol

I suspect we will get the trailer for Venom: Let There Be Carnage by December 2020 or January 2021. Or by November 2020 if we’re lucky.

Seeing when the trailers for Spider-Man FFH and Morbius dropped, January would be a good guess

This is probably moving again.

Why? It's complete and has a pretty good release date with a 4th of July boost for the 2nd weekend as well. Shang Chi isn't a threat to it, especially OS, and no guarantee Shang Chi will even be ready on time.

Besides both ASM1/TDKR were two weeks apart and just fine.

It's not just releasing before Shang-Chi but also right after Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. I do think both movies will be a big threat to it in Venom's biggest market, Asia.

It's not right after Jurassic World. It's two weeks after. That's plenty of space in the summer movie season.

JW: Fallen Kingdom made $28m on the same (third) weekend. It's not a big deal.

As for China money. You don't know what the China release dates will be. Could be months apart lol.
