Good thing Rudd has all that Marvel money because there will be no sequel money from this mess.

This looks like shit. We’ve had a great couple weeks of great trailers and then we get this?

I have to laugh.

I don't watch the TV show but maybe they're going for the Stranger Things audience?

Maybe, I guess it just wasn’t what I was expecting. I’ll wait to see another trailer and then decide if I wanna see this in theatres or not. For now this didn’t do much for me.

I feel like they totally forgot what made Ghostbusters so great.  It was funny and weird and a little scary, but a giant marshmallow sailor stepped on a church, you know?

Teaser was alright. They are clearly going for Stranger Things. Dig the setting. Expected to see some of the old cast. Maybe next trailer...

Super8/stranger things/fant4stic teaser vibe. Not sure if ghostbuster fans really want to see young generation or kids in these. Seems very small scale i.e. set in a small town and not much spectacle. Here is hoping the budget is not more than 60M else this is screwed.

I think going for a slightly darker take could work but it looks like they've sucked out any of the comedy.

This looks great.  Definitely a more authentic update than whatever Feig was doing (which I wasn't interested enough to even see).  It didn't cost much, so I suspect it will do fine.

I’m sure the movie itself won’t take itself as seriously as this teaser implies, but just from watching the teaser, it seems like they may be trying a bit too hard to differentiate this movie from the Paul Feig one.

You don’t cast Paul Rudd in a movie that has no comedy
