Hi, I'm from Estonia and it seems like Estonia will be substituting for Ukraine indeed. That building in the tweet posted earlier in the thread is a commie era concert hall. We had pictures in our local media, where there were bunch of ambulances around the building, and the writings were in Ukrainian. And there was a sign saying "National Opera" in Ukrainian put up on the building.

Casting call for extras for mass scenes went out in April, thousand or so will get to be an extra.

Also, Nolan wanted a road that leads to a big commieblock district closed down for the entirety of July, but the mayor didn't agree, now it will be closed on certain days only. And today there was a news, that they were looking for cars for extras for the July shoot. Maybe a big action sequence on the road? Why else close it down for so long.

Pattinson is also in Tallinn, as someone tweeted a picture with him in here. No sightings of other leads.

Are people still doubting Nolan? People were saying Dunkirk was gonna bomb before it opened, and it did almost $200m domestic + got a lot of Oscar nominations, including Picture & Director.

I like Nolan, but also think that even the best directors will turn out a Turkey on  occasion. Not saying this will be the case on Tenant, but it's a possibility.

But yeah, saying this will bomb if it's not a sci fi film in disguise is stupid.

And the argument that the budget "proves" this is going to be sci fi movie is stupid, frankly. Budget seems to be about the same as is SOP for a Bond film or a Mission Impossible movie.

Given that we're almost a year away from release, I'm hoping this adheres to the strategy of marketing campaigns for previous Nolan movies and we get a teaser in the next few weeks.

We should be getting a Birds of Prey and Tenet teaser in the first two weeks of August.
