Once Upon A Deadpool is not the same movie as Deadpool 2 though. Logan was still the same movie.

it is just a PG-13 cut of Deadpool 2 right?

Is a "directors cut" version a different film from the theatrical cut?

Is a TV cut a different movie?

Not too surprised at how Escape Room's managed to do decent in China. Friend of mine's family lived in Shanghai for a couple years before coming back to Canada, and she said escape rooms are massive there.

Split added 39.8 more after 14.4 weekend. Gives Glass 26.35 more for 115 dom. But Glass hasn't been trending close to Split so adding closer to 20 can be expected.

It stars a Latina woman. The industry doesn't care about this type of movies.

Nah, the industry cared about and loved the original Miss Bala enough for it to get a remake. People don't care about the remake though because it is a far inferior film (and a shitty film overall) compared to the original.

Also, we had two Latina women get nominated for Oscars this year. But sure, the industry doesn't care.

Grinch's multiplier is 4.00 (270.50/67.57). Did not see that coming after it's ow. FB2 and WIR2 (Thanksgiving) were gonna follow soon with sizeable ows, and with December competition usually hampering early November releases.

Never underestimate a Christmas-themed movie during the build-up to the holidays.

I had expected Carrey-Zemeckis A Christmas Carol to leg it during Christmas like The Polar Express did but Avatar's 3D mania must have hampered it much in weekend 7 (Dec 18-20).
