Spaghetti Kitchen: Quinquennial Edition (Guess My Top 25!)

I guess I'm a bit late to the party of all people, but rest assured, I'll have my own fun here.

 

Here's how it'll work:

 

PHASE 1: THE REQUESTS

Make two requests for any film in the game. It can be your film or someone else's. You must select exactly two films and order them by priority (1 being higher, 2 being lower). I will disregard any posts with fewer or more. In addition, select a number between 1 to 25. It cannot be a number selected by anyone else.

 

I will have selected my own number in that range, completely at random. Whoever is closest to that number goes first. In the event of a tie (e.g. my number is 15 and two guesses are 14 and 16), the lower number (14 in this case) will be given priority.  I will iterate through each of the posts for the first priority, then return for the second.

 

You may make requests now. However, if the film you choose is incomplete, that means I get to replace it with any film of my choosing, beside my own of course...

 

PHASE 2: THE TOP 25 PUZZLE

My top 25 this year will be in the form of a mystery, not quite unlike what Numbers does with many of his lists. I will reveal the top 5 at the very end, but with a set number of clues, you must guess 25-6.  The winner will receive a special prize to be later determined.

 

PHASE 3: THE THING IN THE TITLE

We've spent 5 years in CAYOM 3.0. Let's celebrate and do something special. More on that later...
