Saw The Intruder yesterday and me and my wife enjoyed it for what it was, which wasn't much, but then again we were just seeking some fluffy entertainment.

 

The Intruder is like a Liam Neeson action movie - you can see the plot turns coming from miles away and if you know the running time you can almost set your watch as to what will happen when. Nevertheless, like a good Neeson action movie, this one hits its marks and thus provided us with the desired mini-thrills. Dennis Quaid is effective as the creepy interloper, and the urban couple he terrorizes is attractive and earns our sympathy.

 

This movie served well as pure escapism, and at 1:37 minutes doesn't overstay its welcome.
