I mean...it's a strong possibility. Reckon IX will increase domestically, but OS...tough call. I'd still think closer to 1.45B for IX. EG should still do 2.8B, though...

To me China and USA need to do the very heavy lifting for 3B. Like 950 and 650. If it's 910/620 I think 2.9 is more likely. Just me guessing
