grim22
http://schmoesknow.com/hot-scoop-may-know-frank-darabonts-replacement-director-huntsman/33254/ According to some of our sources, we can report that Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, who was the VFX supervisor on Snow White and the Huntsman, is being eyed to most likely take over for Darabont on the film. We have heard that Troyan was originally being looked at for the sequel to Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, but it seems as though signs are pointing to him directing this film instead. This doesn’t come as much of a surprise since Troyan has history working with the studio and has been rumored to be directing numerous projects as of late including Highlander and the previously mentioned Hansel and Gretel 2. Troyan was nominated for an Oscar for his VFX work on Snow White.

A lifesize carrot fighting a Ninja who ate his family (at least that is what I hope the description is).

Jessie
It s crazy that movies that weren t bo smashes are getting a sequel ... This, WWZ ( cost a fortune), Pacific Rim ... WWZ was a box office smash though. It would actually be stupid not to release a sequel to WWZ given the good WOM it had and the money lost on the first movie, its a perfect opportunity to make up for that. The Futurist
Visually, the first film was great, but between Thor s weird accent, Theron s hamming it like there s no tomorrow and kStew who had legitimate cringe worthy moment ( especially when she tries to rally everybody for war, ouch !) At least, we know the director cast Kstew in the first film for her talent ...
