Wondering how this is going to affect your participation in CAYOM though? Will another mod come in to lock/sticky threads?

Part of the decision to step down comes from the fact that I only use the forums for CAYOM nowadays.

 

Realistically, I'm advancing in my career and taking on more theatrical exploits, that I figure I dont have much time to fully moderate.

 

I can always ask one of the mods to pin and sticky threads, too.

 

I'm just stepping down as a mod - although rest assured this will not affect my CAYOM involvement.
