wasn't that expected. there was inflow of films getting big screen count since 3rd weekend till last weekend. That slowed a bit this weekend, and of course Father's day. Now it will start improving in its daily grosses over Infinity War.

 

I had already speculated that, so still its not going to beat Avatar. 

 

Need re-release or simply mass fan events across world, all we need is 3mn more viewers, that's less than half of number of people watched its trailer in first 10 mins of launch.

China not extending it when there was no reason not to sucked as well. That could have made it to where a simple expansion dragged it over.

 

Still it makes no sense they wouldn't re release it. Especially when there is a very good chance they never get the #1 title with Avatar 2.

Nc soft and the Avatar fan club think 2 billion for China is totes possible. As well as 5b overall. Nevermind the fact that China runs basically die after 4 weeks, 80% or more in the first 2 two weeks, slightly better with the extension.
