So if Endgame made only 1 billion then it would have all been fine because “most studios would kill for a number like that”?

Say ts4 (400m) made the same as ts3 and we call it underperforming. What do we call slop2 (150m) which will make less than half of slop?

With the 3D craze in 2010, is the tickets even more expensive in 2D today? I would assume that Toy story 3 tickets were more expensive than what Toy Story 4 cost today.

That sunday looks too low. Clearly it must go up with actuals if Disney is conservative with this opening.

Honestly the 2D ticket price is not much different from the 3D price in 2010

Aladdin is going to go up with actuals.

Disney went with a 34% drop for Sunday where its previous high drop was 19%.

I know it will be a higher this week since it is not Father's Day. But still, can't see it dropping 34%. Maybe 25% and less than that wouldn't shock me.

Becomes Will Smith's highest grossing movie worldwide next week. Domestic record (currently $325.1 million, Suicide Squad) will follow in July. Going from HELL NO, get that blue Will Smith away from here!, to HELL YEAH give me some more of that blue Fresh Prince!. This movie is having a truly outstanding box office run.

Nope. Dory dropped 24% Sunday. I honestly expected Disney to estimate a 25% Sun drop for TS4.
