Haven't heard of this so I’m assuming it’s a Pure Flix Movie

I think MovieMan89 got this trailer too for some reason.

Anyhoo:

Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Sunday, December 17, 8:20, 90% full

Trailers

Alita: Battle Angel

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (The dude sitting next to me told his friend "I don't know about this" halfway through)

Rampage

Early Man (Odd trailer to have, but okay)

A Wrinkle in Time (The dude sitting next to me told his friend "I remember reading that book. I don't remember what happened, but it was really captivating")

Avengers: Infinity War

Pretty dead crowd in all honesty. A few laughs sprinkled in here and there, but that's about it really. A few stray clappers in the mix at the end. (I was one of them, because this movie > Jesus) The best part though was when the credits started to roll, and I heard a cute conversation with a little girl and her mother:

"Why is everyone leaving?"

"Because the movie's over."

My heart melted when I heard that.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Monday, December 18, 6:30PM, 85% full

Trailers (arrived late due to parking shenanigans so ended up in the 3rd row from the front.  One reason why I’m hoping reserved seating becomes the norm.)

Alita: Battle Angel

A Wrinkle in Time - murmurs

Avengers: Infinity War - laughs at the GotG ending, claps and murmurs

Exclamations and laughs at appropriate times. There was one scene where you could hear a pin drop and it felt like everyone was holding their breath. Cheers and claps a few times and at the end. Such a great movie to watch in a crowd! My best friend, who is usually very critical about movies and found the other Star Wars movies boring, actually loved it. She rated it A-/A, which surprised me. My little brother wasn’t too fond of it, was scared of Snoke, and didn’t appreciate the violence. Next time I watch it, I’ll be sure to get there early to get a better seat.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Monday, December 18, 8:30 pm, maybe 10% full

Previews

The Miracle Season (my dad got excited at "the director of Soul Surfer")

Alpha (murmurs; also, I got chills to be honest)

Tomb Raider ("I liked Angelina Jolie better..." - my sister)

A Wrinkle in Time ("Hmm... Disney..." - my dad, before whispering to my sister, "once again for little kids")

Avengers: Infinity War (murmurs)

Laughs in appropriate parts. No extraordinarily interesting reactions. I feel like the audience enjoyed the film for what it was. I mean, a Monday night crowd would definitely enjoy it for what it was.

The Greatest Showman

1:00 PM

I got there late but it looked like a whopping 4 other people, maybe seven.

Trailers

Sherlock Gnomes (???)

Early Man

Midnight Sun

A woman behind me had the occasional comment, my favorite was "I can't sit here much longer."

All the Money in the World

X-Mas Day, 3:30 PM, 80% full

Trailers

Black Panther

Annihilation

Fifty Shades Freed (Kinda appalled that there was no "Crazy in Love" in the trailer. C'mon Universal, that's practically a tradition!)

The Post (The people next to me immediately went "Oh, I definitely need to see that" as soon as Hanks and Streep appeared)

12 Strong

Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool

Sicario 2: Soldado (For some reason, the people next to me gasped when del Toro took off his mask)

The people next to me were pretty annoying. When literally anything bad happened in the movie, they would gasp or say "oh no", and many times they would talk with themselves. Not a fun crowd to be at.
