Audience was pretty into it though a little loud at times. There were gasps at a couple of moments. Also, IDK why the fuck an old lady at the end of my row told her husband

Spoiler

"He thinks he's gay." when Simon comes out to Abby. Like damn, what movie have you been watching?

(they were also the source of most talking)

An older couple walked out about twenty minutes in. There were a few decent laughs, but honestly, I was the one laughing the most at this movie. Person in front of me said "that was weird" when it ended.

Ant-Man and the Wasp - me and my friend deduced we were both already drunk because we thought it looked good

Man, I really dug the drinks here, I had a cider and also one of their special drinks, the Walter White. It tasted fantastic. My friend and I got super drunk and shouted at the movie for the first fifteen minutes and then people started joining us, so we stopped. Still, we laughed a ton and someone walked in and drank in front of us for twenty minutes and then immediately left lol. drinking at movie bars is good and I would recommend

Pacific Rim Uprising

2:00 PM

75% full.

Trailers:

I Feel Pretty

Spiderman - Into the Spiderverse (The first time I"d seen the Trailer at a movie)

Jurassic World 2

Uncle Drew

Rampage

Skyscraper

I had to do my usual shifting because I'm pretty good at picking out Problem Patrons (AKA: Anyone who is NOT me in the movie theater, people don't know how to behave), so I went to the front and people STILL sat around me. The lady in front of me took out her cell phone and poked around for about five minutes, and I said "About time" when she finally got off.

This thing was loud as shit at points, I had to put my earbuds in to not go deaf. The crowd laughed a bit.

Pacific Rim: Uprising

Park Place Stadium Cinemas | Charleston, WV

March 24th, 2018 | 7:00 PM, Standard

48% Full (36 of 75 seats)

Trailers

Chappaquiddick - No reactions. Never heard of this film before today.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom - People gasped when the Carnotaur came on screen, but that was it.

Skyscraper - One person said "Oh shit" the moment Dwayne was dangling from his replacement leg, but still, that's about it.

Rampage - Laughter throughout. Explains why people reacted so positively to this film.

I was expecting just me and my brother to be there. Nope. Almost half of the room was filled. There was applause at key moments and chuckles abound. I wasn't expecting such a crowd to appear. It made the experience more enjoyable. Bonus points to the guy who clapped when

Nate punched Newt's lights out.

Pacific Rim Uprising

March 25, 4 PM, 25-30% full

Studio Movie Grill, Rocklin, CA

Trailers:

Solo (kids excited)

Deadpool 2, unfinished vfx trailer (chuckles)

Action Point (big big laughs)

Skyscraper (nothing, which surprised me)

Into The Spider-verse (a bit of confusion)

Loud talky small kid behind us, but it didn't really matter. The movie was much louder.

Crowd seemed to enjoy the action set pieces, not much going on otherwise.

Ready Player One

March 31, 12:30 PM, 15% full

Roseville, CA

XD 2d format

Trailers:

Deadpool 2 (green band version)

Show Dogs (shoot me now)

Rampage (some murmurs)

Mission Impossible: Episode XII or whatever it is.

Crimes Of Grindlewald (murmurs at Dumbledore/Law reveal)

The House With A Clock In Its Walls (I had no clue what this was, now want to see it)

I wanted to see this 2D but on a good screen, which was an annoyingly difficult combination to find. They seem to really push people to 3D on this one. There were 3D showings soon before and after this one, which is why I think this Saturday matinee was so lightly attended.

The people there seemed into it, made the right sounds in the appropriate places, walked out pretty much all talking about it.

I enjoyed the film. Three great scenes and a few other good ones. The key to a good movie, and it had 'em

Peter Rabbit

1:35 PM

6 or so other people. A father and daughter came in a little after us.

I have no idea. We didn't even get there before the title card dropped. If it even did.

There were a few laughs, I ended up laughing the hardest at points. Quiet crowd.

Ready Player One

March 29th - AMC theater dolby cinemas

MI6 - My friend said he wants to see it and people seemed into it.

The House With clocks in his walls - confusion ...

Spider Man into the spider verse - there seems to be confusion, my friend thinks its going to flop lol

Rampage - Excitement

I can't remember the other trailers and I was 4 mins late getting popcorn lol.

During the movie there was some laughter...  very few people clapped after the movie ended. The guy sitting next to us said it was good to the girl he was with the girl looked at him like "WTF" and said it was ok lol. I saw Black Panther opening night like I saw this one and the clapping afterwards for that movie was rapturous.

Paul, Apostle of Christ

April 1st, 7:35 PM, 15% full

Regal Mayfaire Stadium 16, Wilmington, NC

(We came in too late for the trailers. There may not have been any trailers at all; we walked into a Coca-Cola promotional advert that I've never seen before, and the movie started right after.)

There were a few chuckles at some slight humor, but for the most part, the crowd was appropriately solemn. The other moviegoers talked to themselves about the film once it ended.
