It shouldn't be since it based on a novella.  Manga exists but that came out the same year the film did - the film wasn't based on it.

I had no idea Over The Hedge was a CBM, definitely getting on my list. Just trying to weigh up whether to put Over the Hedge, or Alita, at #1..

 

 

On the DVD extras of that movie there was an interactive game where you had to go and steal food from the house and make it back without being caught. Man DVD extras were cool, the defining feature of the 00s I feel.
