So Jurassic World 2 is doing an exclusive posters deal in the U.K., there are 4 posters and they seem to be unique to chains. 4/4 is unique to Odeon and 3/4 is Unique to Cineworld.

Does anybody know where posters 1 and 2 could be? I've checked the websites for Vue and Showcase but they don't seem to advertising any such posters.

Here's the posters from Cineworld (left) and Odeon (right). I got the Odeon as I'm limitless and my parents got Cineworld as they're Unlimited.

I've tried searching the web, but cannot find anything at all.

I didn't realise cineworld were doing them in cinema. I saw them doing them at comic con a couple of weeks back, but never saw them in the actual venues themselves.

It was strange, on their website it seems to imply they're for anybody who watches the movie over this weekend. But I reckon they must've been in short supply, since my parents had to ask specifically for them and then they asked for their unlimited cards, implying it's only for unlimited customers. Very strange.

This was Leeds Cineworld if that helps anybody

I'll be curious to see how Ocean's 8 because it's been advertised really heavily and it has the advantage of being the only big film released during the World Cup and apart from Sicario 2, it has no competition until Skyscraper and Incredibles 2.

The cast from Oceans 8 are on Graham Norton this Friday too.

We've had a brilliant weekend with Jurassic World, especially considering the weather. Very similar to the first one.

It's not going to reach the heights of the first but £40-45m wouldn't be a surprise, it is the only blockbuster for a month. The UK numbers was £14.92m according to Deadline which is £1.9m less than Jurassic World, still a great result considering it had an extra day of play

Looks like £40-45m is likely for JWFK which is still very good although a huge drop from JW

That would be down -30.2% to 38% and on top of that the worse exchange rate. (When JW opened £1≈$1.57 (between $1.55 and $1.59) now it's £1≈$1.34 so -14.6%, meaning in total -39.5% up to -46.2%.

No summer weekdays for a while.

thanks for reminding us that school holidays are last week of July, captain obvious. no one in the UK box office thread would have possibly known this.
