How much EG gained more after this whole week? (20-26th May)

$1.9m.

It’s dropping fast, and we’ve had 3 major openers this past weekend.

It’s half term now so it’ll probably top out around $115m which is £90m.

115m would be a great result.

Every dollar helps at this point!

Is half term the equivalent to March Break in the US in that movies perform well throughout the entire week?

£90m would be a multiplier if 2.02x

Yeh it was a bank holiday Monday, yesterday.

Aladdin at £9.6m as of yesterday which means it had a big £2.6m Monday. Should get close to £15m by the end of the week and probably £18-19m ($23-24m) by Sunday. ER is so bad these days it’s a pity.

Godzilla opens on Wednesday, can’t really tell what it will make over the 5 day but I expect £5-6m maybe.

One thing to bare in mind is this upcoming weekend is looking like warmest of the year so far so BO will likely suffer...

Godzilla 1 did £6m over 4 days in 2014 as did Kong in 2017 so £6m is doable.

The wealth was certainly spread out over the bank holiday weekend with Aladdin, Rocketman and SLOP2 all doing good business.

The competition is crazy here just now.

“Ma” opens on Friday and it’s in one of the smallest rooms at my local Cineworld all weekend. Literally 6 rows.

All premium screens are going to Godzilla, starting today.

Dark Phoneix next week as well... Godzilla is only getting a week of premium screens
