Heretic
The greatest Showman is unbelievable. Only DM3 and BatB managed more than 5 weekends above £2m in 2017. Also, this is the first time ever there's been 9 films over £1m on a single weekend.

Heretic
The Greatest Showman is having an incredible run. Even TFA or Skyfall didn't have a sixth weekend above £2m!! Looks like it's heading for £30m+ at this rate. Edited February 5, 2018 by Heretic

Avatree
Nice drop for Early Man, shouldn't have any trouble getting to £10M. Half term next week right? And Greatest Showman actuals even higher
Avatree
Does anyone know why Peter Rabbit is being released in March? Apparently it comes out this weekend in the US. Which would make sense here as it's half term... and there's very little competition. Seems like a wasted opportunity? Not sure why.

Probably Sony didn't want to compete with Black Panther as well as Early Man and Coco. There's pretty much no kids film during Easter apart from A Wrinkle in Time so it can do well in a less crowded space as Tomb Raider, Pacific Rim and Ready Player One are aimed at the older demo. SchumacherFTW
Makes more sense releasing it around Easter anyway, US release date is weirdly early.

Heretic
Black Panther is doing HUGE business in London, lots of sellouts tonight. Vue Stratford, which is in an area where this would do especially well, is virtually sold out all night until gone 10pm. Same with Vue Westfield Sheperds Bush. The rest of the country is looking very strong too but it's definitely performing on another level around the London area. This is in for a very big 6 day opening. 8 1
