All depends on which film will have a better Sunday hold. The Cruise missile is looking at £6.5m opening. Euro seems to have increased but in terms of dollars it will have $7.5m
Heretic
The pound is really weak right now. Over the past few months it’s dropped from 1.4 to 1.3, so not great for BO totals in $.
Heretic
Also, today is the first day of proper cool and rainy weather across the UK in months so I expect it will be a very strong day at the BO.
Heretic
The Vue website have introduced a new queuing system to book tickets. Seems a bit ridiculous. I went on and was 22,000 in the queue with a wait time of 20 minutes. At least we know today is a good day for BO. Probably some increases from yesterday.
PhilipJ2001
Why would they do that? Just can't cope with demand? It seems like a certain way to put people off to me. We've been packed at my place today. Hotel Transylvania about double yesterday

Looks MI won thanks to previews but Mamma Mia! seems to have a healthy drop although slightly steeper compared to the first film, I wonder if Mamma Mia! is over performing in some places but not others because I went to see it last night and it was maybe half full. The Dark Alfred
MM I saw doing really well. WoM is good in the UK. I can see it coming close to the first one. 55-60m looks like the floor at this point.
The Dark Alfred
Great Sunday holds due to the arrival of the rain. Fallout lit the UK fuse with a 5-day tally slightly over £7m.

The Dark Alfred
We got three juggernauts with excellent WoM, will be interesting to see how the mediocre Ant Man fares this coming weekend. 1
Jonwo
I think Ant-Man will do £5-5.5m which would be enough for number 1.

Amazing for Mamma Mia, beating Mission Impossible in its opening 3 day weekend. Fantastic. That 27% second weekend drop is also amazing. Going to see it on Friday. Krissykins
Mission Impossible is also dropping under Incredibles and Mamma Mia from Friday in terms of showtimes at my local Cineworld too. 14 for Mamma Mia, 12 for Incredibles and 11 for Fallout.
