PhilipJ2001
Elvis is looking pretty quiet today. I'd guess flat at best on yesterday. JWD will be #1 today i think

Heretic
Not surprised, JWD seems to be playing very well with families as LY clearly isn’t making much of an impact. Is TG also above Elvis?
PhilipJ2001
think elvis will hold off top gun today. we're finding elvis strange at my cinema. it is busy but not with the people we though it would be. I thought it'd do really well with older audiences, but so far that's not the case
Jonwo
Minions will likely do well with families next week but there's quite a lot of choice coming up with The Railway Children Return and also League of Super-Pets. Much better than summer where it was just Space Jam and Jungle Cruise.

SchumacherFTW
Don't know about everywhere else, but I saw Top Gun in IMAX this afternoon and it was at least half full (very rare beyond second weekend). Whole cinema was lively in general on the way out.
PhilipJ2001
Elvis did increase a bit on Saturday after all, somewhere around £1.45m Top 3 were all very close but think Jurassic World just edged it.

Guessing Elvis will win the weekend overall because of the higher Friday.

vale9001
Elvis in a market like the Uk can have long legs.
Jonwo
£3.84m for Elvis, which is a bit lower than The Great Gatsby but that did have a four day opening so the Friday-Sunday might be higher than that film.

The Black Phone £1.4m Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness (Disney) £50k £41.9m -70%
Jonwo
Lightyear actually didn't do too badly drop wise,
The Dark Alfred
Suppose it didn't crumble like it did in some other markets, but it's because it's OW was really bad. It's not even gonna do half of Sonic's gross and will fall short of Bad Guys as well. The next couple of days TGM will fly past JW and the first Harry Potter.

The Dark Alfred
Strong weekday holds for Elvis, clearly ahead on top. TGM basically flat from last week, already past £64m. At this rate it will take down Titanic for all time #15 on 4th of July. 😍
