Jonwo
About Time had a good drop week on week, Rush did well and insidious did great but I imagine it'll drop hard next week. Competition wise only Diana and RIPD so it may repeat number 1s.

SchumacherFTW
Diana had been totally slated so £1m seems reasonable. Can't gauge anything on the call or ripd so maybe Rush could take this frame.
Mike Branson
By pushing back WHD one week, Sony has fucked this movie again. There was no logical reason to move this movie back one week to go against tougher competition.Sony did this in America, it was moved from a safe November date to June to compete with the summer blockbusters. They throw WHD in a summer blockbuster lion's den, and it was eaten up.It seem like Sony wants WHD to bomb. When your film does badly, all competition looks rough.
Heretic
Great openings for Insidious 2 and Rush. DM2 still going, $73m total now. Pretty amazing. No idea about Diana, and RIPD will bomb horribly. Rush might get the top spot if it holds well.

SchumacherFTW
I tried in vain this morning. Unless you have Amex or are a BFI member, all of the highly publicised films are sold out. I rang at half nine this morning and was told Gravity sold out a week ago!
Jonwo
I find it interesting Saving Mr Banks is having its World premiere at the LFF and is also being released earlier than the US on November 29th, its hard to predict how it will do because Disney don't normally do biopics but I hope it does well.
