Heretic
Should be a huge Saturday for the box office with JL, Paddington and Orient Express probably doing £7m+ combined.

Heretic
Omg Somehow I'm not surprised though, Paddigton was busier than JL most of the day.

AndyK
Forbes are reporting JL did double Wonder Womans opening week in the UK. Can't find any numbers yet though. https://www.forbes.com/sites/robcain/2017/11/18/3-reasons-why-justice-league-topping-wonder-womans-overseas-debut-isnt-a-big-deal/#109cf3826156
Olive
Warner Bros’ latest DC outing posted an opening of $9.6m (£7.26m) from its 580 sites, only ahead of Wonder Woman’s $8.2m (£6.18m) from 599 sites, including $1.6m (£1.22m) in previews, in terms of DCEU movies to date. Even the critically derided Suicide Squad managed a UK debut of $14.9m (£11.25m) from its 573 sites last year, going on to take $44.6m (£33.6m), with Man Of Steel and Batman v Superman also surpassing £30m. Paddington 2 fell only 20% from its record-breaking opening with a non-final $8.7m (£6.58m) second weekend. Thor: Ragnarok fell a steep 62% with the arrival of Justice League with a non-final $1.55m (£1.18m) fourth weekend. Disney’s latest Marvel offering is now up to $37.5m (£28.25m) https://www.screendaily.com/news/uk-box-office-justice-league-edges-past-paddington-2/5124334.article
ZeeSoh
Forbes says it increased over WW by 100%. Deadline says 51%. But the numbers dont seem to add up to either of those percentages. Using WW's opening numbers from BOM, and then converting them to current exchange rate gives 8.2m usd as Olive posted above. And JL opened to 9.8m usd (according to Deadline. The above article says 9.6)which is an increase of about 20% I dont know how many days each had in its opening weekend. Heretic
Paddington is the story of the weekend. 20% drop, up to £16.4m. Should sustain a strong run for the rest of the month and into the Christmas period. Unless it starts to drop harder, and there's no reason why that should happen, it's heading for £40m+. JL will probably fade fast and will certainly be overtaken by Paddington this weekend. £25m ($33m) is probably the ceiling for it, and that's giving it a very generous multiplier. Hugely underwhelming. 3
