I'm just sticking with the west end pass, helps with the fleeting fancy of using the Leicester Square cinema when I'm working in the city

Mine reduced by £3 a month, nice.

Thinking of seeing Spiral on Monday then Those Who Wish Me Dead at the weekend and The Unholy the following week. Can’t wait.

The Conjuring 3 opens early here, 28th of May.

Seems foolish to open The Conjuring 3 and A Quiet Place Part 2 within days of each other. That’s audience cannibalisation waiting to happen.

Dammit Cineworld! Of course you have to open after everyone else 😕 now to figure out where I'll make my triumphant return on Monday

I’ve went with Showcase for Spiral on Monday! Scottish Cineworld’s not opening til Wednesday either.

Do you know what cinemas these numbers came from? Curious to know which ones were allowed to open early

Despite being 3rd/4th biggest box office market in the world, it is shame how there is absolutely not one dedicated public box office service for UK. All we have is weekend box office and totals. And that's it. No single day box office. No opening days records. No weekdays trend. Not many films even got to know the Saturday and Sunday numbers.

It’s always been that way unfortunately.

Is Fast 9 and Black Widow still opening on the same day?

For now, Fast 9 opens the day before (8th July).

scratch what I said about all those Glasgow sell outs, it’s back in level 3 and the cinemas can’t open. Glasgow is a big market for the UK box office.

Thankfully my booking tonight isn’t in Glasgow lol
