Judy is the real winner of the weekend. A nearly $7K PTA for a biopic in 450+ theaters is a really good start and leaves room for expansion. Great drops for most movies too minus Downton Abbey and Rambo, which were obviously frontloaded.

Blah for Abominable still though. I get that it was on too short notice to move anything around but something else really should've really moved up to this weekend after The Hunt's release was cancelled several weeks ago.

This weekend was dead. Nice to see Hustlers on the top 3! Abdominale though eh take it or leave it, it may end up being Dreamworks lower grossing films in over a decade.

Joker should help out next weekend, which is nice to see Warner Bros calling out people who are against the film on Twitter, that’s something nice to see a studio do since people bitch about everything anymore.

To be fair, unless it was another kids movie, I don't think it would be a smart idea to have a movie open the weekend before Joker
