Perhaps if Alita were actually good.

Oh, rankings! This will settle the debate. It is well known.

Endgame - 8/10

Shazam - 8/10

Far From Home - 7/10

Joker - 7/10

Alita - 6/10

Dark Phoenix - 5/10 (forgot about that, lol)

Captain Marvel - 5/10

That's cleared up.

Lol. And Godzilla is a cbm as well. Lets throw How to Train Your Dragon into the mix. The books had comical illustrations after all.

Dude did you change your name? You look familiar but I can't place it.

if you watched more movies than Alita you'll find there's actually like 4.

Suprised you realised I was talking about Alita, didn't think anyone would make the connection because it wasn't a super hero movie.

Apparently OS actual number is not only 151m but 152.2m.

Total Lifetime Grosses
Domestic:  $93,500,000    38.1%
Foreign:  $152,200,000    61.9%

Worldwide:  $245,700,000

Almost a quarter of a billion. Not bad.

As per Deadline - Overall overseas, WB now also says there were 26.3M admissions

I wish we had these kinds of admissions info for all releases. Including the domestic launch, that's safely over 30 million admissions. Always interesting to see these figures.

13.7M admissions domestically? That would be a really low ATP. Only about $7. I feel like it’s at least $11

Yes, you're right. I mis-typed. Meant 30 million. As per reports, it over-indexed in large cities, especially NYC and LA, so I was banking on 5-6 million domestic admissions.

I will never understand why studios won't just release actual weekend numbers on monday without projecting the weekend on sunday morning. Why they are doing it?

For headlines on monday morning

So now that we know we have a $24.31M Sunday, does this mean a $10M+ Tuesday is locked? If not, what's the likelihood of it happening?

Anything between 0 % - 100 %. So very likely I say
