It’s time for the Academy to give Silvestri his Oscar. If you don’t like AEG/MCU just consider it a 40 Year Apology for them Not Even Nominating Him for his iconic Back To The Future.

Alan did a much better job for IW's score, portal is the only good score in EG, the rest fall flat or replay of IW whereas IW on its own has multiple great score especially when they fit so great to the action scenes.

All of this is true.

Also true: Portals > Everything else

Time. For. His. Oscar.

I see IW and EG as a combo and I would love to see the score nommed.

Silvestri deserves his Oscar. Crazy to think he's only been nommed once (Forrest Gump, lost to The Lion King) despite gorgeous themes in films like Back to the future, Predator, Contact or the Avengers. He's also behind hidden gems like The Quick and the Dead, Lilo and Stitch and Mousehunt.

There's only room for 3, right? This is every year the most unpredictable category. I guess Joker / Bombshell / Once upon a time in Hollywood ??

With possible Star Wars 9
