Very disappointing. About 405 Dom at Thursday. 1150-405=745. only 25M OS Mon-Thr. 10M in Asia, 15 rest of the world with Scandinavia opening on Wed.

R.I.P.

depends how much it crosses by. 1148 end of Wed and things look rather better ;)

ffs man. what else you want at this stage. At highest optimism, I will hope for $55mn.

$53M WW - $18M DOM = $35M OS. I though that this weekend was holiday so the gross should around 1.5x last weekend? (Last weekend =$31M or so)... Not to mention the new release in 7 markets in this week?

Is $950M+ at the end for OS still on track?

Ironic that Japan is at the bottom of the list. Frozen 2 is doing well there, but nothing like the incredible run that Frozen had in 2014.

Most of the countries where it's seen large percentage increases are relatively small markets with the exception of China and South Korea, and it'll likely need to make up over 100M to offset the lower number in Japan.

Asia overall is still amazing just not Japan by itself shouldering the load.

Yep. Around 1,3% of the entire country saw it on OD.....

Try doing the DOM math on that to compare 😯  its mindblowing

Am I doing this wrong?

DOM population= 368M

1.3% of 368= 4.79M

4.79 x 9.08 (average ticket price in 2019)= 43.48M

That's almost exactly what Frozen 2 made domestically (including previews but without a holiday), and nowhere near the record.
