Can joker retain its 1m daily gross til next Tuesday / Wednesday? If so, Joker will have 40 consecutive days of 1m gross,

Next monday is veteran day , drop should be minimal.  Gravity had 37% weekly up on Veteran Day while ASIB got 20% bump last year.

Gone Wednesday or Thursday. Still amazing!

$1.16M for Joker. That's exactly what I had it pegged for. Now calling about $1.68M for today and probably just a hair over $1M for Wednesday.

Discount Tuesdays are crazy. Mal2 is dropping under 21% from last tuesday and up 247% from yesterday at AMC !!!!!

Jokah is down under 24% and up 143% from yesterday !!!!

But this is just one chain and there is also % of discount tickets could vary. So YMMV.

Edit: just to confirm these are raw ticket numbers. movies are not increasing 247% in gross 🙂 Weekly drops could given an indication.

Its also election day in most states which can influence the Tuesdays. Last few years family films esp went up 100%+ with many schools out. Wednesday will of course be a worse correction than normal.

Love Joker hitting another big milestone. 300mil baby. The speculation was that Joker would be a one weekend wonder and it has had great legs for the genre.

336.7 will give it 3.5x and could join the likes of GOTG1, BP, WONDR in crossing that barrier (Fri OD CBMs). As previews get meatier it becomes tougher to achieve such targets.

Wed has a decent chance. 40% bump on Tue and 38% drop gives it 1m.

Thu will be difficult : +45% Tue, -35% Wed drop, -8% Thu gets it there.

That's what I'm hoping happens. It's possible, tbf. Hell, the Tue bump might be bigger, with the Wed drop following suit, and then Thu having a minimal drop (4-5%). I think it has a chance of staying a few thousand above 1M on Thu. Fingers crossed!
