Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel probably would’ve called this a Hitchcock Basic Instinct cash grab. Because “Hitchcock Basic Instinct cash grab” is the easiest way to describe this movie. Antonio Banderas is a boring character that could’ve been something but was there to get laid and die and that was it. Rebecca De Mornay’s performance was also too goofy for this mess. However Dennis Miller’s performance was quite fitting as it was one of the few brighter spots.
