I doubt Frozen 2 previews will affect it, completely different target audience.

yeah it should counter-program well but being conservative as a huge opener sucks up some screens and eyes from all. definitely close to 10% Thu drop if not 15% i have used.

Hopefully Thursday drop will be below 5% after all.

If frozen 2 is open to 150m-170m, no way a film can avoid that storm no matter how different the demo.

 

There is no way you can counter-program a 170m opener. It is simply too big.

I think it depends, it should affect recent releases, but I doubt it'll affect old holdovers with different demo. But we'll see of course.
