Finished it. That trailer has very little resemblance to the script and you can pretty much just ignore it. Don't bother reading it.

 

The script itself is predictable, tired, and sloppy. The 'shock-value' twists in the last third feel like something a teenager would cook up in school. I imagine the actual film would be superior. 

 

Like - it really brought me back to the purge episode of Rick and Morty

More like the last three seasons. I think the reason why Harmon and them became so against story was because they forgot/became incapable of telling a good one.
