I have a feeling that this will end up on Xmas 2022. Aquaman is there probably just holding the date since it was the only movie that they didn't said nothing and I doubt that it will make the december date announced before.

 

2022: Batman on March, Black Adam on June and Flash on December.

2023: Static Shock on Q1, Shazam 2 on June and Aquaman on Q3.

2024: New Gods, Wonder Woman 3 and Suicide Squad 3 or Shazam vs Black Adam.

I would bet money that Warners has contacted Uncle Jack about being a Joker in this movie...

I don't think he will come out of retirement, but Warners will certainly raise the possiblity.

I think it will move to its original date in June eventually. Black Adam goes to 2023 a couple months before Shazam 2 like it was originally planned and 2022 ends up with Batman, Flash and Aquaman.

Don't see Aquaman making 2022 either. It's going to be a massive production again, with loads of post as well. I doubt they want to go head-to-head with Avatar 2 especially with that having the underwater setting and if they wanted to get the jump on it then it would have to be a summer release and I don't see how they'd get it done. 

 

Let's be honest - everything is in flux right now, but especially these massive productions, that don't even completed scripts and proper start dates? Nah... not happening any time soon.

Coming from WB it wouldn't surprise me. They announced Black Adam on the same date as the Avatar sequel as well. I of course would rather see it beating Star Wars but we know that this date is good and more than one film can succeed. But the thing is Asia. I think that they would choose just one of them and it possibly would be Avatar.

 

I really don't doubt that it moves to 2023, but they would put another movie there (Black Adam).

They were obviously hoping for Black Adam to serve as counter-programming. December is a prime month for that kind of thing.
