I agree with you 100%. but if you took a poll here at the forums out of those six movies that you mentioned my guess is most people here have not seen those. I know there are exceptions of course but I mean the vast majority of the members here. Out of those sticks that you mention I've only seen three of them. Again that's on me as well.

Sure, I know he is not a director of blockbusters or extremely famous movies. It is just that it is a pity that people do not know what he did.
