This shouldn't take more than a day or two over PMs. Y8 starts 10-14 days following the closing of the festival. In the future we can time the festival to occur say 4 weeks following the previous Oscar ceremony. You don't get to use the festival as a massive pre-read and then change things around. (Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Screenplay) I assume we wouldn't separately classify original or adapted screenplays, or leading and supporting roles, and we'd just pick the winner with the most votes instead of having a selection of nominees.
