@Jamiem you know how accurate SambaTV is?

Never heard of them so can’t validate how accurate the numbers are, I’ll look into their methodology and edit this post once I’ve worked out how they get their data.

edit: from their website “With 35M TVs globally powering the world’s largest end-to-end viewership data and household identity graph, Samba TV is transforming the viewing experience for everyone.” pretty much they seem like a combination of Nielsen and Parrot Analytics so probably not entirely reliable.

I suspect that the "Full Speed Ahead" approach to the rest of the year by Warners is bring debated internally now. Never forget that a big Virus Number surge with the coming of Cold Weather in November and December is pretty much a given. Note that a lot of the trailers from other studios are not giving an exact release date. There is a reason for that....

I wonder if Warners execs are just having a hard time accepting that things are beyond their control.

it’ll be interesting to see if Dune has a date on the end of it when the trailer arrives tomorrow.

Caught an afternoon showing of Tenet today. A whopping three people (including myself) were in attendance.  Beautifully shot with some interesting action scenes and editing but with a plot that will tantalize as many people as it confounds. It's not every day a movie comes along where a potential sequel could contain the same scenes as the original but still be an entirely different movie.

Washington has definitely cemented his status as Denzel's replacement (or maybe even Tom Cruise's). I'm not entirely surprised by Pattinson given his performance in The Lighthouse; but he was still better than I expected. His role here undoubtedly convinced WB execs to give him the Wayne role. He's on the verge of being his generation's box office powerhouse.
