They've been trying so hard to bring the usual vibe of the Golden Globes with the limitations of the current situation but overall it's just awkward and makes one miss the usual ceremonies.

Pike was the best part of I Care A Lot but this should've gone to Bakalova.

Kind of baffled why ‘I Care a Lot’ was counted as a musical or comedy. I enjoyed the film and Rosamund Pike was indeed excellent in it, but I don’t remember laughing at any of it. Was there a musical number that I missed?

That doctors skit was actually sorta amusing. How the hell could you nominate James Corden's embarrassment of a performance when Certified Treasure Andrew Rannells was right there next to him the whole movie, Globes?

It's the HFPA lol. They love big stars and rewarding rising ones (like Josh O'Connor, whose stock is clearly going up).

Yeah I mean I’m not even saying that The Crown actors aren’t good, they are and I’m sure they’re at the start of promising careers, but Better Call Saul crapped all over The Crown this year and wasn’t even nominated. See also Rhea Seehorn who gave one of the best performances of the year.
