Fun Fact: The 1962 Kong vs Godzilla was a megahit in Japan and till today has the highest attencance for any Godzilla film there (and overall i think its still in the Top 10 in Japan). I dont think this new one can reach anywhere near that level, but it could indicate a gross better than KOTM or Godzilla 2014.

Na. Actual numbers I had were $233M. Mexico, Australia & UAE were $2M more than estimated. I was just being conservative so put 230-232.

 

WB has reported China $137.1M but actual is $136M.

What i meant was if no new markets did open, them it is one heck of a fantastic hold from last weekend. 500 mill WW is certainly in play

Yeah ₹500M is almost likely.

 

Hold was well, there was some holiday in almost every market except Russia.

Will depend on if Europe open soon enough and GvK releases theatrically. I think it released on PVOD in UK, may be some places else too. The current markets will probably hit $440M. Japan and Brazil can do $30-50M.
