Started watching Scorsese films for this list, but schedule's so tight that I'm not sure I'll be able to make it all (I'll probably end up skipping his debut and sophomore films if I run out of time). Started with a rewatch of Age of Innocence and I'm pretty confident now that it is Scorsese's best and most brutal film for me.

I was kinda dreading that one during my marathon as it (on the surface) was the opposite of what I tend to enjoy but ended up being top tier Scorsese.

Sorry. not a big Scorsese fan. Taxi Driver and The Departed are the only films a really liked of his. 

 

Okay Shutter Island, Hugo and Ragging Bull were good. but I HATE Goodfellas. and have only seen like 8 of his movies.

Finally watched the King of Comedy, I didn't realize just how much Joker took from this movie, honestly more than it took from Taxi Driver. Rupert Pupkin is a fantastic character.

One of the worst things about not living at home is that now I can't stick to my watch schedule because of shitty roommates (well, just one of them). I'm just hoping to get New York, New York done by the deadline at least at this point.
