juni78ukr
A multiplyer higher than 2.5 would be totally insane. Not a single live action movie reached 3 in summer months. Very few reached 2.5. And I mean really really very few. You know what? 90-95% of people do not read reviews here. They don't know good enough English and basically they just don't care. It doesn't mean anything for them. Yes, some russian newspapers, magazines or movie sites do write movie reviews. But it's pretty much the same. So to reach 25m you will need at least 11m start. And dont forget that russian rouble dropped a bit in recent months. Edited July 10, 2013 by juni78ukr
The Dark Rock
This will be shockingly amazing start...but even with $9.1m opening, I think it will round up with $20m...legs aren't that great in Russia

juni78ukr
Help from word of mouth is a very rare case here. Very few movies can really benefit. This year Django, local hit The Legendary №17. Probably one or two more. Man of Steel and Star Trek both have strong grades. But people are simply not interested in watching them no matter what.
