I might watch it today with my nephews and my sister.

Nice :) Here it'll be on June 26 but it's gonna be in the middle of a heatwave so I won't be able to watch it Day One ^^

Probably next Sunday.

Great hold for Aladdin. It has its most astonishing runs in both Korea and Japan.

Yup. I knew it. Phenomenal run in both Korea and Japan. Also glad it’s holding exceptionally well too in other countries like the whole SA region , UK, Spain , Germany to name a few. Heck , even China has a near 3x multiplier.

Well, considering the initial prediction for Aladdin in China is just $30M and it ended up grossing $50M+ is considered a win for it. See the silver linings. Lol. Experts in the China thread said that Disney has given up on the film in China even before release. So it must be a relief for them for the movie to gross that much.

I mean to put it in to perspective Incredibles 2 opened to 25.8m lc, end went on to be the 2nd highest movie off all time (at that time). Now nr 3 because of EG obviously.

If TS4 could match the multi from I2 it would get 210m lc, that would be insane. Actuals probably go up a bit, so expect 38m lc 😛

That said don't expect a crazy 5.65 multi like I2 had but over 4 is easly doable. So anything over 150m is great for TS4, it has a good shot at I2.

Wait, I was sure Incredibles 2 was the biggest animated movie of all time in Brazil o_o
