BOM had 62.5m for TA in the beggining of June, in the next week they reported only 61.15m total. Weird numbers, I don't get, but I guess the latter is the correct one. Anyway, Mad3 may already have the 2nd highest gross for 2012, or at least is very close.

It does'nt have to be that way, Israel is far wealthier than either Brazil or China and has no problems staying well above replacement level:<iframe width="400" height="325" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" src="http://www.google.com/publicdata/embed?ds=d5bncppjof8f9_&ctype=l&strail=false&bcs=d&nselm=h&met_y=sp_dyn_tfrt_in&scale_y=lin&ind_y=false&rdim=region&idim=country:ISR:BRA:CHN&ifdim=region&tstart=-299559600000&tend=1309813200000&hl=en_US&dl=en_US&ind=false&icfg"></iframe> Edited by Tower

As I understand it in Israel the more religiuos a family is the more offsprings it has, Sephardim more fertil than Ashkenazim, with orthodox jews even surpassed by Muslim-Israelis. This used to be true in Austria with catholic families, but now immigrant's babies are domminant.
