KATCH-2D2
That means around 3.5m for TF4 previews.3.1m last Sunday + 3.5m more this weekend = 6.6m,and we don't have data for the weekdays so the real number is around 8m,maybe 9m.Before the official release date So basically the movie has already been 'released' just not officially, right? Meaning the 'real' opening weekend number (without the previews) could be lower than expected because people who'd want to see it has already seen it so no rush factor there. The official number (include the previews) would look good for the news headline, of course.

Thanks. So it'll be showing in more theatre/screen on the opening weekend then? If the opening weekend plus previews number is indeed 13-14mil then it should pass TF3 at least. alisson23
Too early indeed. After all nobody expected Maleficent,Noah or TFioS to gross that much.Guardians of the Galaxy could have a great breakthrough,The Hobbit could have a big boost becuse it's the last one.The Hunger Games is rising,we never know how far it could go. Guardian is being overestimated, it won't pass 20M+ The Hunger Games isn't soo strong here. Mockingjay Part 1 will have a increase but not sufficient for 30M+ The Hobbit has a good chance but I see it doing "only" 25M. Apes Dawn will be a suprise here.
