Behind Brazil are Australia at $6.3M, the UK with $4.7M, Spain’s $3.9M and Venezuela with $2.6M. The next major markets to release are France and Italy this week. Yep, Brazil is Wonder's biggest OS market. Edited December 19, 2017 by Fullbuster

Spider-Man being Spidey, even if animated, it should do reasonably well. Mary Poppins will benefit from Disney's marketing power. Don't know about the rest. Aquaman will probably defeat all those though given the popularity of DC movies, but this competition will certainly hamper it.
Fullbuster
January won't be boring in Brazil with Coco and Jumanji Also means no competition for The Last Jedi for the next 2 weeks.
Napoleon
Mortal Engines and Mary Poppins doesn't seem like the type of movies that would be a hit here. On December 20 there's Aquaman, Spider-man and the third movie in a local comedy franchise. Aquaman will be the event of the weekend and will have the IMAX and the 3D screens so Spider-man should move to a week earlier (same as domestic). Local comedies are a reliable counterprogramming to blockbuster movies and always do well on Christmas so the combination of both the comedy and Aquaman makes for a tough competition for the animated Spider-man. No one cares about this Spidey animation Never heard of Mortal Engines Nobody cares about Transformers anymore, let alone a Bumblebee movie Nobody in Brazil has a clue about who Mary Poppins is Aquaman will be big.

You forgot something here : The number of screens is limited in Brazil, movies ate away at each other and all these competitors will take a lot of screens from Aquaman, so there will be an impact. Fullbuster
If the overall trend of TLJ having worse legs than expected is also true in Brazil then it could barely pass $20m, if it's better than the trend then $25m is possible. It'll be interesting to see how Justice League is holding as well, will it pass Batman vs Superman in lc?
