Maybe I need to revise my weekend number down...shoot, this might really be a contest of "how low can you go"...

11.5M Wed (maybe with weather)

10M Thurs (since it's bad everywhere)

11M Fri (and it's now worse everywhere)

15M Sat (b/c at least it's only damn cold)

22M Sun

Wow. I mean, the weather excuse will only hold water if it makes up the lost grosses later on. If not, the weather factor obviously still existed but clearly there are other problems too. Let's see....

By the way, no snowstorms here (central Alberta) at this point but it is freaking COLD!! Right now it's -32, feels like -39. Nobody I know is going out for anything except to take their kids to school and pick them up. Or work obviously.

There was a major snow storm on Avatar’s 2nd weekend in 2009 and it still managed a phenomenal drop of less than 2% for the weekend.

Yes, looks like I remembered wrong. Other than the insane legs for that movie, the main thing I remember is trying to see it in IMAX on a weekday and it was sold out. Got stuck watching it on a pretty small screen. Bummer lol
