It appears they need to extend this movie’s IMAX run at certain locations with very high demand.

Amc Loews Lincoln Square 13 is one of the biggest IMAX sceeens in North America Along with its Twin in San Francisco AMC metreon 16.

Agreed. They are GOAT level movie screens. 75+ feet tall, which is epic as hell with IMAX footage in the full 1.43:1 aspect ratio.

70mm IMAX showings should be extended for Oppenheimer, should play in them until like October

yeah but sadly will not happen.

And if Dunkirk is any example, even an IMAX re-release will only bring back some of the IMAX 70mm reels, not all of them

We can probably lump in the original LOTR trilogy as well. People waited a very long time for that, just as they waited a very long time for Superman in 1978, Batman in 1989, Spidey in 2002, Avengers 2012, and so on. Barbie is the latest example. Decades upon decades of folks who grew up liking Barbie and at least subconsciously wanting a legit big screen movie to be made for Barbie. Very very similar to the trend on Superman, Batman, Spidey, Avengers, and even LOTR

True you can probably lump the whole LOTR trilogy into the nostalgia/IP category it has been around far longer.

The next one that needs to make a comeback should be non-other then the ''MASK'' As someone who grew up in the 90s the MASK comes with alot of nostalgia for me not because of Jim carey alltho it's gonna be difficult topping that performance but I always liked the MASK cartoon series and the movie was just great as well but the brand itself has nothing to do with the movie hence that project needs a good casting and I think if promoted correctly it can potentially hit Billion dollar.. Lmao it had some iconic music scenes and just good vibe.

It had alot of cartoonish vibes and good energy. I need this back on the big screen with good casting

In terms of box office it's been a looong while since Scorssese and Spielberg have had any pull whatsoever.
